Very good with prompt delivery well under the time frame despite being 6:30pm and prime dinner time. I especially like the spring rolls and Broadway specialty roll. The also often drop something extra in the box. My one complaint/suggestion is that they put hot and cold in the same bag. Separating them into smaller bags in the bigger bag would better keep hot things hot and cold things cold.

Great for take out. Food gets delivered very quickly, it's as if they began making your order even before you placed it! Fish is fresh and pretty cheap.

Disgusting! I cancelled the order after they didn't show up until 40 minutes past the time they left the restaurant but they delivered it anyway. The delivery person pretended he didn't understand me. Seamless put me on infinite hold when miyako said they couldn't credit my card. I ate some of the food and got sick for a week. Terrible on all counts. Seamless never came through either.

I live 25 streets uptown and my food came in like 20 minutes on a Saturday night. Everything is fresh and delicious and they included pineapple chunks, which was a nice surprise. The large size miso soup is HUGE too! This was my first time ordering with seamless and I am extremely pleased with seamless and this restaurant. I would definitley recommend. Plus, I got three rolls, soup, and salad for like $12 which is a bargain.

I would like to put 0 stars if I could. I waited for 1 hr and a half and it never got here. Called them and they claimed my doorman received it and gave it to someone which never happened.

Very poor customer service. Delivery time said 30-45 min - it took an hour and twenty minutes to arrive. When I called to complain they said it was because I lived uptown - I suggested they change it on seamless. No response. Driver acted as if the buzzer didn't work so I would go downstairs. Then the Order was wrong. I called & they just said to give it to the driver - who had already left. No offer to correct the order. I told them I wanted a full refund & they said they would come to pick up the food. If you're going to make another trip why not correct it? Haven't eaten the food & now I never will

The worst experience I've had with Seamless. They forgot to deliver my food and when I call to check-in on my order 2hrs later, they won't reorder my food bc the restaurant was now closed. Never again....

Delivery guy was lazy to climb 5 flights of stairs. He didn't even bother ringing the main bell. He called my cell and asked me to come downstairs. I noted in the delivery order that there is no elevator and that I would tip extra. Why did I even bother tipping extra or even at all if he's going to be rude over the phone and make me come downstairs. I wish Seamless would take cash orders that way I don't have to tip in advance with my credit card. Bad service.

Sent the wrong food, which arrived more than an hour after my order was received and more than 45 minutes after food tracker stated that the food was out for delivery. Food arrived cold, of course. Called the restaurant and he said nothing but "uh huh" and suggest that this was what I get for giving a low tip (it was 20%), the restaurant tried multiple times to hang up on me. Terrible

The food seemed somewhat OK when I first started eating it, but I wasn't able to finish. I had food poisoning the next morning. Ruined shrimp tempura for me. I want to be sick just thinking about it.

Good basics this time; I enjoyed it. Delivery times vary a lot. I did not enjoy the delivery person, who smelled strongly of smoke and dropped my food on the hallway floor for me to pick up.

I find the sushi at Miyako of reasonable quality, and the lunch deal is quite good. That said, if you plan on ordering an early lunch, they will almost certainly not deliver on time. If there is an option for delivery at 11:30, it's really disappointing when my food arrives at 12:20.

the worst experience i've got ever with deliveries. The guy said nothing, even didn't answer. Food is not that good. I made order 15mins before they close. I don't want to think this as a reason of that behavior. The wooooooooooorst sevice ever.

timely delivery and it was delicious, though I didn't care for their "special sauce" . I prefer Japanese katsu sauce for fried food and didn't care for that delivery guy not coming up to actually deliver the food. so 4 star instead of 5.

Mediocre sushi. I had a yellowtail scallion roll and there were bones or cartilage in every piece. Awful. I also forgot to tip for delivery on the app, so I gave the guy cash at the door. He counted the bills and grimaced right in front of me!! I gave a decent tip - but who does that?!

Miyako Japanese has some of the most tasty sushi and I order it on a regular basis. It's always fresh and the fish is cut amazingly well. I haven't had the pleasure of eating in the restaurant, but I have ordered lunch and dinner take-out several times and it has been a great experience. Once they forgot the salad that was supposed to come with my meal, I didn't call to let them know and I did not hold it against them. The sushi was THAT tasty. I have also ordered the fried green tea ice cream, which I would not recommend as it was rather melted when it arrived (naturally) and the tempura was a little soggy, but it was, overall, really fresh green tea ice cream.

Miyako's sushi is very good and I am impressed with the delivery. I live 20 blocks away and several avenues to the east of their location and they got my order to me faster than places in my neighborhood. I only wish some of the descriptions were clearer. I still had to call them to clarify some of the ingredients and whether particular rolls had cooked fish or raw.

quite possibly the worst sushi ever. ingredients were old and awful and don't even get me started on the presentation. Who makes these rolls? A child could do a better job. Needless to say, NEVER ordering again.

So. Much. Food. My bf got the chicken teriyaki bento and I got the nabi Yaki udon, they also threw in a free appetizer which was delicious. The udon was great, good broth, noodles and fish cakes. My bf's bento box was good but kinda greasy.

Horrible place!!! I've been waiting for WAY OVER 45 min' and im calling the place to see where is my food and he just not talking and im telling the guy this is wrong and im starving and waiting for my food and he is just acting like he really DONT CARE of that at all!! He is just put me on mute or something and just talking to customers or just to other people!!

Beware the so called 'Hibachi Entree' on the menu. Calling this dish 'hibachi' is like calling frozen fish sticks 'sashimi', it's not even close. It's just poorly stir fried veggies and meat served with steamed rice.

The eel on steamed rice I ordered tasted excelent! However, I don't see why to tip the delivery guys if they are incapable of greeting. It happened to me twice with this restaurant that the delivery guys wouldnt respond to my hello and just rudely hand me the order over. Next time: 0 tip.

The food is good - but delivery is really slow! For my first order, after more than an hour had gone by, I called and was told that the food had been delivered! I don't know who got it, because I didn't . . . they sent it again, so that was fine. The next time I made an order, it took 70 minutes to receive my food. The response when I called was "we're busy". It seems to me that if they're too busy to get it delivered in the promised amount of time, they shouldn't accept the orders. I'll be shopping around for a new sushi place...

It was DANK! We got seaweed salad, beef tataki, tuna tartare, salmon sashimi, and miso soup. It was delicious, well-portioned, and priced well. They even hooked it up with some free tuna/avocado tempura rolls that were bangin!

Everything tasted fine but was a little off and poorly done. Sushi was falling apart, miso soup was too thick and had a weird almost sandy texture, and the wasabi was runny and mushy. And I paid extra for brown rice and still got white rice. Overall, everything was fine but nothing special and not very authentic. And your order might not be entirely right. Probably will not order again.

Pretty good quality sushi, especially for the UWS. Portions were generous; each sashimi a la carte order is two pieces! The vegetable gyoza were delicious, with discernible pieces of shitaki and other veggies in them. The spicy crunchy salmon roll was nice and crunchy, but not very spicy at all. Delivery was a bit slow; they took every minute of their predicted 45, but there was an inexplicable container of pineapple in my order. Yum! I think this is my new go-to sushi place.

Hairs in the food was the icing on the cake, but the bad experience started with the incompetent delivery man who made zero effort to find my building and made me walk 3 blocks to him on his bike (a task made even more difficult because he could not speak english over the phone)

Ordered chicken teriyaki with brown rice and it was really good! I liked that it felt light and pretty healthy, not drenched in sauce. Also, the chicken was sliced, so I could tell that it was a white meat breast. Good choice overall.

Ordered the teriyaki salmon bento, Miso soup was fine but the salmon was overcooked and leathery, the california rolls tasted 2 days old. Threw it all in the trash. First and last time I order take-out from Miyako.

Their HIBACHI is not hibachi. They charge more for what's just regular chinese chicken with some sauce.. ridiculous. I should have known better then to order from a place that sells Chinese, Thai, and supposedly Japanese.

Hate to overreact over one order, but my sushi (which was fine, none of the places around the 90s are above average) came with no soy sauce (kind of a deal breaker) and a decaffeinated coke, when I ordered a regular (for the caffeine, in fact). For such a simple order they really screwed up two vital parts of it, and I will never order from here again.

Don't order from them!! It was as 30-45 minute delivery. After 1:45 I told them to cancel. They seemed to be happy even after they "claimed" to have sent the order out after 1 hour. It's now two hours after I ordered so I fully expect that my credit card wont be charged.

since Haku closed i have struggled to find a place with really good interesting rolls. this is a nice replacement! fast delivery, fresh sashmi and really good rock shrimp tempura - well done!

the food was good - but the Amsterdam roll is covered in black pepper - which is not indicated on the menu (and not edible by all people). They were nice enough to send a replacement though.

Very good salmon - always very fresh. The management has changed recently, increasing the prices but keeping and freshness of the food high, as far as I can tell so far. If it wasn't for the price increase, I would give them five stars. I live nearby and I eat in and order out from this place a lot. I think they serve better food than Yuki/Kouzan.
